Positive Behavior Steps in California is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team. We offer a flexible schedule, workable caseloads, and a focus on clinical quality and work-life balance to support you and your clients.

The role involves FBAs and BIPs, supervising RBTs/BTs, and providing caregiver training, with opportunities for growth, CEU support, and administrative assistance to keep you focused on clinical work.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising clinical staff and managing cases.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs.
• Develop and oversee individualized BIPs.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BTs (2-tier & 3-tier models).
• Provide parent/caregiver training and support.
• Monitor client progress and ensure treatment fidelity.
• Complete reports and documentation in a timely manner.
