Positive Behavior Support Corp. (PBS) is seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our mission-driven team.

You will design and oversee behavior intervention plans, supervise Behavior Assistants and RBTs, and ensure high-quality ABA services across home, school, or community settings. Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification with BACB
• All roles are subject to local and state licensure and credentialing requirements
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide supervision and training to team members and families
• Implement ABA therapy programs in home, school, or community settings
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress
• Analyze data to monitor outcomes and adjust plans
• Ensure compliance with BACB ethics and PBS policies
