Positive Behavior Supports Corp. is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to make a difference in the lives of individuals facing behavioral challenges. This role includes creating trust with families, designing behavior intervention plans, and supervising a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active BCBA or BCaBA certification in good standing with the BACB along with a related degree.
• Experience in developing and implementing behavior intervention plans.
• Ability to travel to client locations and engage actively with clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement and oversee ABA therapy programs in various settings.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to support client progress.
