Job summary

Northeast Family Services in Fall River, MA is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with a weekly billable minimum of 26 hours. The BCBA will conduct behavioral assessments, develop treatment plans, provide family consultations and supervise behavior technicians while delivering direct intervention focused on skill acquisition and reduction of maladaptive behaviors.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or PhD with BACB-approved coursework
• Current BCBA certification in good standing with BACB
• Two years of related clinical experience with Autism/ID or behavior challenges
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Availability for mornings, after school and evenings
• Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
• Experience administering behavioral assessments
• Proficiency with documentation and data management
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• Access to laptop/internet/phone for FFS positions

Responsibilities
