Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or awaiting exam in next 3 months).
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Communicate results to families and teams.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to staff and technicians.
• Maintain documentation and data collection.
