Job summary
Tender Care ABA in Cleveland, OH is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality behavioral support and clinical oversight across school, daycare, and home settings. The BCBA will conduct assessments, develop individualized behavior intervention plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and other professionals to support each child's progress.

Qualifications
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from BACB.
- Hold a COBA license and related credentials.
- Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized behavioral treatment plans with the therapy team.
- Conduct assessments and analyze data to guide goals.
- Provide training and supervision to RBTs and staff.
- Collaborate with families and caregivers to ensure smooth program implementation.
- Monitor progress and adjust plans to optimize outcomes.
- Stay current with evidence-based practices and update treatment plans.
