Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Augusta, GA is actively hiring BCBA professionals to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You will work with a multi-tiered clinical team and use advanced data collection tools to drive meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or exam within 3 months is acceptable for applicants.
• Strong ABA experience with children on the autism spectrum.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to change challenging behaviors.
• Support learners with positive behavior and skill acquisition.
• Guide families through assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns to the team.
• Provide supervision and training to technicians and new staff.
• Assist with data collection, charting, and session coordination.
