Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or sitting for exam in the next 3 months
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children on the autism spectrum
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments
• Excellent clinical competence and judgment
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions that improve outcomes for children with autism
• Share in the achievements of clients as they learn new skills
• Support families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns
• Supervise, support, train, and orient a growing team of technicians
• Physically assist during sessions as clients move, including lifting 25+ pounds and staying coordinated with kids aged 2–15
