Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.
• Proficient with ABA software platforms and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager and scheduling assistance.
