Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy in Mesa, AZ is seeking a BCBA for a full-time role to supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload. You will review data, interpret results, and adjust individualized treatment plans in collaboration with families.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field preferred.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Conduct staff and family meetings and consultations regarding treatment.
