Job summary

At Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services, a BCBA is sought to supervise BTs/RBTs and oversee a small caseload in Chandler, AZ. You will review data, adjust individualized treatment plans, and consult with families to address concerns about behavior modification and staff performance.

Full-time or part-time options are available; enjoy a competitive benefits package including an incentive program up to $6000, and a supportive clinical team. Office-based position with typical Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories, instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via staff and family meetings and consultations with families.
• Support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and administrative help.
