Job summary

The Treetop ABA is looking for a BCBA to lead clinical delivery across North Carolina. You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized treatment plans, and supervise junior staff while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA licensure required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and professional development.
