The Treetop ABA in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical care in a supportive environment. The role emphasizes evidence-based practices, mentorship, and collaborative teamwork to deliver high-quality ABA services.

Base salary ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 with monthly bonus opportunities, sign-on available, and a Monday–Friday schedule. In-center work with flexible WFH options supports work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification is required.
• North Carolina LBA license is required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, collaborative team mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in clinic and support home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs/ABATs/Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
