Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA to join our Pinehurst, NC clinic for a full-time role with a base salary of $85,000-$100,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities and a sign-on option. Schedule is Monday–Friday with no nights or weekends; some WFH options available.

As a BCBA-led clinic, we offer mentoring, strong leadership, ethical care, and supportive back-office resources to help you focus on client outcomes and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• NC LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
