Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a BCBA professional to lead in-home and clinic-based ABA therapy in Sanford, NC. You will design and oversee individualized treatment plans, supervise junior staff, and collaborate with a BCBA-led team to ensure high-quality client outcomes.

Responsibilities include FBAs, data-driven progress checks, and family support across home and community settings. This role emphasizes mentorship, ethical practice, and ongoing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• North Carolina LBA license required.
• Experience with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.
