Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-clinic role with remote flexibility. The position emphasizes flexible scheduling, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support to change lives through high-quality ABA therapy.

You will conduct functional assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families while maintaining thorough documentation and ethical standards. NC licensure or eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.

Responsabilités

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
