Job summary

Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA for an in-clinic position with remote flexibility. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, monitor progress, and collaborate with families while ensuring compliant documentation.

The role requires active BCBA certification, a Master's in a related field, and NC licensure or eligibility. Expect strong clinical support and opportunities for professional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility before start.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Background check required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
