Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with in-clinic work and remote flexibility.

You will conduct functional assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families while maintaining compliant documentation.

Relocation assistance is available; a supportive team and manageable caseloads help you balance professional and personal commitments.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
