Job summary

BK Behavior is recruiting a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid position in North Carolina. The role involves delivering ABA services to children and families, supervising staff, and coordinating care with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams.

The position offers strong clinical support, flexibility for full- or part-time arrangements, and opportunities for long-term career growth. Remote clinical responsibilities are included with in-home services.

Qualifications

• Eligible for or currently holding North Carolina licensure.
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Provide supervision and clinical guidance to behavior technicians implementing treatment programs.
• Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment goals.
• Conduct parent training and caregiver support sessions.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with ethical and clinical standards.
