Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a BCBA for a full-time role offering in-clinic plus remote flexibility. You will conduct functional behavior assessments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to support individualized treatment plans.

The ideal candidate holds an active BCBA, a Master’s degree in ABA/psychology/education, and NC licensure or eligibility. Excellent communication and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
