Compleat Kidz in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time role with in-clinic work and remote flexibility. You will conduct functional assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families.

The position emphasizes work-life balance, small caseloads, and strong clinical support, with relocation assistance and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure (or eligibility to obtain before start).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
