Job summary

Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina is seeking a licensed BCBA to join our in-clinic team with flexible remote options. The role focuses on high-quality ABA therapy, with manageable caseloads and strong clinical support.

You will conduct assessments, supervise RBTs, collaborate with families, and maintain documentation in line with funding guidelines. Relocation assistance is available, and you’ll enjoy a supportive, growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• NC licensure or eligibility to obtain before start.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Excellent assessment, case management, and documentation abilities.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Complete initial assessments at nearby clinics (within 30 minutes of your home clinic).
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Partner with families and caregivers through education and collaboration.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation in line with ethical and funding guidelines.
