Compleat KiDZ in North Carolina seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a team offering in-clinic work with remote flexibility. You’ll supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and partner with families, with supportive clinical leadership and a manageable caseload.

Formación

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and ability to guide teams.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized plans.
• Perform initial assessments at clinics within 30 minutes of home clinic.
• Supervise RBTs and provide hands-on clinical support.
• Monitor learner progress and update programs as needed.
• Collaborate with families and caregivers through education.
• Maintain timely documentation per ethical and funding guidelines.
