Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification or eligibility.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication required.
• Must have reliable transportation for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidence-based ABA programming based on data and assessment.
• Supervise RBTs and provide direct and indirect training.
• Guide families to support programming and maintain treatment boundaries.
• Collaborate with treatment team and other service providers.
• Conduct intake and ongoing assessments; plan discharge/transition.
