Qualifications

• Currently a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the BACB or sitting for your BCBA exam.
• Willing to undergo a background check.
• Must have a reliable car and driver's license for commuting.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Conduct assessments and maintain communication with treatment team members.
• Develop programming based on client data and assessments.

Skills

Excellent writing and verbal communication

Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities

Ability to perform comprehensive assessments

Education
