Job summary

Wholesome Care ABA in North Carolina is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for in-home or hybrid work. You will assess behavior, develop ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and train families while maintaining compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Licensed (or eligible) for LBA in North Carolina.
• ABA therapy experience with children on the autism spectrum preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational and clinical decision-making skills.
• Reliable transportation for in-home services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments.
• Develop individualized ABA treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans.
• Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Provide parent and caregiver training.
• Analyze treatment data and make clinical recommendations.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers.
• Maintain timely, accurate, and compliant documentation.
• Ensure services meet BACB Ethics Code, HIPAA, and payer requirements.
