Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis or related field.
• BCBA license or in next 3 months examination eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans.
• Explain results and recommendations to families.
• Collaborate with clinical team to ensure quality of care.
• Supervise and mentorBehavioral Technicians.
• Physically engage with clients during sessions.
