Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Antioch, TN to join our clinical team as full-time or part-time professionals.

You will apply ABA techniques, supervise interventions, and collaborate with families while enjoying a supportive multi-tiered team, convenient scheduling options, and a $10,000 BCBA retention bonus for full-time staff. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility to sit for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and PM skills.
• BCBA Retention Bonus opportunity expires 08/30/2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to help children with autism.
• Track client progress and celebrate achievements as skills improve.
• Support families by communicating assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and raising concerns.
• Mentor and train the growing team of behavior technicians.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (movement, lifting up to 25+ pounds).
