Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a BCBA to design meaningful, data-driven ABA programs and supervise RBTs in home settings across Massachusetts. You will provide family guidance and partner with a collaborative clinical team to support children with developmental disabilities.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing professional development, and direct impact on client outcomes through evidence-based interventions.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification or eligibility with BACB.
• Reliable car and valid driver's license.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or ABA.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, data-driven ABA programming based on progress and assessment.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect supervision to RBTs on client caseload.
• Offer ongoing family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain regular communication with the treatment team.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers.
• Discharge and transition planning for clients as appropriate.
