Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a BCBA to design and supervise ABA treatment for children in their homes across Massachusetts. You’ll lead data-driven programming, supervise RBTs, and guide families to reinforce progress between visits.

The role requires BCBA certification or imminent eligibility, strong communication, reliable transportation, and dedication to ABA excellence in a growth‑oriented, employee‑focused company culture.

Qualifications

• Currently a BCBA with BACB certification or eligible to sit for BCBA exam within one month.
• Strong data-driven program development and client progress assessment.
• Experience supervising RBT staff and providing family guidance.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect supervision to RBTs on client caseload.
• Offer family guidance to support programming success and home practice.
• Communicate consistently with treatment team members.
• Collaborate with other service providers involved with clients.
