Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a BCBA to lead client programming and supervise RBTs across home-based ABA services. You will design evidence-based plans, monitor data, and guide families for successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a BCBA certification or are within one month of earning it, are prepared for a background check, and bring strong written and verbal communication skills. A car and license are required for client travel.

Qualifications

• BCBA credential or in progress to become BCBA within 1 month.
• LBA credential (if applicable) stated in ad.
• Must be willing to undergo background check.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and assessment.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to the RBTs on client caseload.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Conduct consistent communication with treatment team members.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside of Golden Steps.
• Review data regularly and communicate with team as needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries per BACB.
• Perform initial intake and recurring assessments; discharge and transition planning.
