Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a BCBA to lead clinical programming in the Boston area. You will supervise RBTs, develop data-driven treatment plans, and guide families to support meaningful progress for children with developmental needs.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, conduct assessments, and ensure adherence to BACB guidelines while balancing client-centered care and program quality. This role requires field visits to client homes in Massachusetts.

Qualifications

• BCBA is required or exam eligible within one month.
• Ability to supervise RBTs and coordinate with families.

Responsibilities

• Develop evidenced-based hierarchical programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs.
• Provide ongoing family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Communicate with all treatment team members.
• Collaborate with other service providers outside Golden Steps.
• Review data timely and communicate with the team.
• Maintain BACB professional boundaries.
• Perform initial intake and ongoing assessments.
• Discharge and transition planning for clients.
• Other tasks as assigned.
