Job summary
Apex ABA Therapy in Maryland is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a dedicated team focused on helping children with autism reach their full potential. Qualifications
- BCBA certification issued by the BACB.
- At least 1 year of experience working with children with autism.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Design ABA therapy plans.
- Monitor progress and make adjustments regularly.
- Provide direct/indirect BCBA supervision to behavioral therapists assigned to cases.
- Review clinical reports and session notes.
- Write reports outlining data and progress for each client.
- Regular communication with parents and caregivers, as well as training.
- Coordinate with Director to maintain quality of cases.
