Qualifications

• Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable).
• Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and write progress reports.
• Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are effective.
