Qualifications
Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable).
Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education).
Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments and write progress reports.
Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans.
Supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans are effective.
