Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of BCBA experience required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.
• Experience with children ages 1-4 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive execution of key service quality and growth initiatives.
• Manage day-to-day operations including scheduling.
• Provide ongoing training and support to RBT’s and BCBA’s.
• Conduct performance evaluations for BCBAs and support staff.

Skills

Experience with developmental disabilities

Experience with ABA

Experience with children ages 1-4

BCBA experience (minimum 3 years)

Education

Master's in Behavior Analysis, Psychology or Education
