Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead ABA programs for children and families in Mishawaka, IN. You will design, implement, and supervise data-driven interventions, and work closely with RBTs and families to achieve meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for BCBA exam within one month.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Background check required.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based ABA programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs.
• Offer family guidance essential for program success.
• Communicate consistently with the treatment team.
• Collaborate with other service providers outside Golden Steps.
• Review data timely and update team as needed.
• Maintain BACB professional boundaries.
• Perform initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Discharge and transition planning for caseload.
