Job summary

B Above is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing ABA practice in Indiana. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities with competitive hourly pay and bonuses.

The BCBA will develop and oversee ABA treatments, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families and clinicians to drive meaningful progress for children and families. Ideal candidates hold an active BCBA, have a Master’s in ABA or related field, and are willing to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A genuine passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Conduct assessments and adjust goals based on client progress.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs through ongoing training and feedback.
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure compliance with ethical, professional, and regulatory standards.
