Qualifications

• BCBA certification or sitting for BCBA within one month.
• LBA credential (if applicable).
• Background check required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Reliable car and driver's license for client visits.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based ABA programming based on data and progress.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect supervision to RBTs on caseload.
• Offer family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain communication with treatment team members.
• Collaborate with other service providers outside Golden Steps.
• Review data regularly and inform team when needed.
• Maintain professional boundaries as per BACB.
• Perform initial intake and recurring assessments; discharge planning.
