Golden Steps ABA, LLC is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead client programs in our Newport News clinic. You will design evidence-based treatment plans, supervise RBTs, and guide families toward successful outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold BCBA certification, are comfortable with background checks, and bring ABA experience. We offer tuition discounts, ongoing education, and a supportive, growth-focused work environment.

Formación

• BCBA certification with BACB or exam to be completed within one month.
• Willingness to undergo background check.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Reliable car and driver's license for clinic commuting.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsabilidades

• Develop meaningful, evidence-based, hierarchical programming based on data and ongoing assessments.
• Provide ongoing training and supervision to RBTs on patient caseload.
• Provide family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Maintain communication with all treatment team members.
• Collaborate with other service providers outside Golden Steps.
• Review data regularly and inform team as needed.
• Maintain BACB professional boundaries.
• Perform initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on caseload.
