Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking exceptional Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team in a supportive, collaborative environment. We offer full-time or part-time BCBA opportunities with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and back-office support to minimize admin work.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate required.
• Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to travel between assignments with a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement and monitor progress of behavior support plans.
• Provide guidance during family conversations to explain assessments and recommendations.
• Track progress with graphs and provide routine progress summaries.
