Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to lead client-specific ABA programming and supervise RBTs in home-based settings. You will design hierarchical plans, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and the treatment team to ensure responsive care.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, BACB-compliant practices, and ongoing client advocacy. A strong communication skillset and reliable transportation are essential to support families effectively.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification (or exam within one month) with BACB.
• Background check required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to client homes.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop meaningful, evidenced-based, hierarchical programming based on data, progress and assessment.
• Provide ongoing direct and indirect training and supervision to RBTs on client caseload.
• Provide ongoing family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Conduct consistent communication with all treatment team members.
• Participate in collaborative efforts with other service providers outside Golden Steps.
• Review data timely and communicate to team members.
• Maintain professional boundaries as indicated by the BACB.
• Perform comprehensive initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Discharge and transition planning for children on your caseload.
• Other tasks as assigned.
