Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Tennessee is seeking a BCBA to develop meaningful, data-driven ABA programs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with families to ensure each client’s progress.

You will conduct initial assessments, discharge planning, and work within a supportive, growth‑oriented team. A BCBA certification or near-term exam, strong communication, and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• BCBA with BACB certification or exam within 1 month.
• Background check required.
• Excellent writing and verbal communication.
• Reliable car and driver's license for commuting to clients' homes.
• Experience with developmental disabilities and/or ABA.

Responsibilities

• Develop programming based on data, progress and assessments.
• Provide ongoing supervision to RBTs on caseload.
• Conduct family guidance necessary for programming success.
• Communicate with treatment team and other providers.
• Perform initial intake and recurring assessments.
• Discharge and transition planning for clients.
