Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team across Georgia and other states. We offer full-time or part-time roles with sign-on and relocation bonuses, and a salary up to $95,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Valid BCBA certificate is required.
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Reliable vehicle for travel between assignments and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.
• Design treatment plans of care.
• Supervise and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.
• Develop positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians and monitor progress of plans.
• Support families and explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Graph data and adjust strategies to ensure progress and provide progress summaries.
