Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Stockbridge, GA to join as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise evidence-based interventions for children with autism, guiding families through assessment results and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (or sitting for exam within 3 months).
• Demonstrated skills implementing ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and confidentiality.
• Strong communication and organization in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions to help children with autism.
• Help clients progress and learn new skills.
• Communicate results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Monitor for issues and advocate for clients.
• Supervise, train, and orient the growing team of technicians.
• Physical activity with children during sessions as needed.
