Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Athens, GA is seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team. This role offers full-time or part-time clinical work focused on delivering ABA services to children with autism, under a supportive multi-tiered team.

You will supervise interventions, collect data, and guide families through assessment results and treatment recommendations. The position includes a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive benefits program.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state dependent) or sitting for exam within 3 months.
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality and professional ethics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise the implementation of targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and new skills.
• Assist families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Monitor for potential issues and communicate concerns.
• Share knowledge through supervision, training, and orientation of technicians.
• Assist with physical activities during sessions (various movements, lifting 25+ pounds).
