Proud Moments ABA in Augusta, Georgia is hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team as full-time or part-time clinical experts. You will develop and supervise ABA interventions, track progress, and collaborate with families to explain assessments and treatment recommendations.

Qualifications

• Master’s level education in applicable field is required.
• BCBA credential or in progress (exam within 3 months) is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted ABA interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share client achievements with families.
• Provide guidance during family discussions to explain assessments and treatment plans.
• Advocate for clients by identifying and reporting concerns.
• Supervise and train a growing team of therapists and technicians.
