Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Austell, GA is hiring BCBA clinicians to deliver high-quality ABA services to children from birth to age 21. This role focuses on supervision, data-driven treatment plans, and collaboration with families, with a strong support team to reduce administrative burden.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license or eligibility within 3 months (students welcome).
• Experience applying ABA with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Ability to administer and interpret a variety of clinical assessments.
• Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions that change lives of children with autism.
• Share in the achievements of clients as they develop positive behaviors and skills.
• Explain assessment results and treatment recommendations to families.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Supervise and orient the growing team of behavioral technicians.
• Physically assist during sessions with children aged 2–15 years.
