Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring BCBA professionals in Stockbridge, GA. You will provide high-quality ABA services to children with autism, supervise interventions, and collaborate with a supportive clinical team to enhance learner outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or a related field.
• Current BCBA license (or eligible within 3 months; students welcome!).
• Experience applying ABA with children on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to administer and interpret clinical assessments.
• Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Commitment to confidentiality.
• Retention bonus opportunity up to 11/30/2026.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise targeted interventions for children with autism.
• Monitor progress and share in client achievements.
• Support families during conversations to explain results and recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by identifying concerns.
• Provide supervision, support, and training to behavioral technicians.
• Assist with data collection and charting during sessions.
• Move with children during sessions as needed.
