Job summary

South Shore Autism Center LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a full-time, school-based role with Boston Public Schools. You will supervise therapists, manage client caseloads, and collaborate with the Clinical Director to ensure high-quality ABA services. The position emphasizes family communication and program leadership.

Requirements include a Master’s in ABA and MA licensure (LABA). At least 3 years ABA experience with children under 15, and a BCBA certification are preferred;

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification and Massachusetts license (LABA).
• 1+ years BCBA experience preferred; new BCBAs welcome via Pathway program.
• ≥3 years ABA experience or with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• ≥3 years experience with children with autism ages 14 and younger, including toddlers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clients, write treatment plans, assess progress, manage caseloads.
• Supervise Behavior Therapists and monitor data.
• Communicate updates and concerns to families and supervisor.
• Lead program development and collaborate with other BCBAs and directors.
• Provide school consultation and parent training as needed.
