Able Minds ABA in Chambersburg, PA seeks a licensed BCBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy with flexible scheduling and no caseload. You will lead assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and work closely with families to support progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA).
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with autism.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and functional analyses to identify client needs and develop effective treatment plans.
• Provide ABA therapy services to clients, including individual and group sessions, as needed.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.
• Monitor and record client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records, including session notes and progress reports.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay current on best practices and agency policies.
